You can request a repeat prescription by:
If you wish a named pharmacy to collect your prescription or if you wish to nominate a named pharmacy to receive an electronic prescription please advise the practice and we are happy to comply with your request.
If you are ordering your medication early due to a holiday please note this on the request. We can accept repeat prescription requests for items which have been previously agreed by the doctor or nurse to be suitable for repeat prescription ordering and items for which you have not yet used up all your quota of issues before the doctor needs to review your medication.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NHS CAN ONLY SUPPOLY A MAXIMUM OF 12 WEEKS MEDICATION IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE UK. WE CANNOT DEAL WITH REQUESTS FOR REPEAT MEDICATION FOR PATIENTS WHO ARE NOT IN THE COUNTRY.
You will need to provide details of the items you are requesting and details to identify yourself, i.e. full name, date of birth, telephone. Please allow two full working days for us to process the order.
Occasionally we may not be able to process your order. The receptionist will explain the reasons why when you call to collect the prescription. You may arrange for collection and delivery with a pharmacy for which we will be happy to retain the consent authorising the release.

The practice are participating in the North West London prescribing wisely initiative. Last year your local NHS spent £15 million on products, including paracetamol, that you can buy easily in pharmacies and supermarkets. The demand for healthcare is constantly rising, but budgets are not increasing at the same rate. The North West London collaborative of CCGs has been tasked to save £135 million across the 8 boroughs. A public engagement was held with 1228 responses.
